    KOLSARA is a company that offers appointment and payment infrastructure for the radiology and laboratory market of the healthcare sector in Turkey with an innovative idea.Our company works with private health institutions that understand the importance of digitalization in healthcare in Turkey. Kolsara Company, which opened in Teknopark Istanbul. We offer appropriate, high-quality, and fast solutions in the field of diagnosis to patients with our expertise and knowledge.

     

    We are looking for a Business Operations Intern. This position is based in Istanbul (Turkey).

    Responsibilities:

    • Design strategy for business operations and set goals for growth
    • Owner of the local business operations’ processes and drive continuous improvements, working collaboratively with colleagues
    • Realization of efficiencies in the end-to-end business operations processes, driving and ensuring achievement of agreed KPIs
    • Leading and supporting team in selecting carriers and negotiating contracts and rates, planning, and responding to any issues or complaints
    • Ensure team members work productively together and develop professionally
    • Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and Compliance guidelines

    Required Qualifications:

    • University Student 3rd or 4th class, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc.
    • Have a strong ability to take initiative and make good decisions
    • Ability to understand the workings of new operating systems
    • Professional appearance, attitude, and communication style
    • Excellent command of MS Office Applications
    • Excellent analytical skills

    Desired Soft Skills:

     

    • Eager to learn new technologies, tools, and processes
    • Excellent interpersonal communication
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Strong self-organization to work independently and manage time effectively

    • Understand and analyze customer feedback from various sources (contacts, complaints, NPS results, social media comments, customer reviews, etc.),
    • Investigate root cause of customer experience shortfalls, initiate and manage projects to improve end-to-end customer journey,
    • Bring actionable insights and find out experience gaps to improve customer experience,
    • Follow best practices from all over the world and adapt relevant practices

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer journey design, process creation, optimization, and execution,
    • University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, or Management,
    • The customer-driven mindset with a desire and ability to identify and resolve customer problems,
    • Strong analytical skills, KPI and SLA tracking,

    Responsibilities:

    • Designing, building, testing, and monitoring web-based backend and frontend systems.
    • Analyzing, identifying, and troubleshooting technical problems within the website
    • Meeting with our partners
    • Proactively fixing upcoming bugs and solving technical challenges
    • Contributing ideas to the product development roadmap
    • Attending customer meetings
    • Participating in scrum meetings, architecture discussions, and code reviews

    Required Qualifications:

    • 1+ years of proven experience in complex software development projects
    • Proficient in web backend/frontend frameworks (Phyton, PHP is a plus)
